Recently, the firm acted as legal advisor to the promoters in acquisition transactions by large Japanese conglomerates in the electrical engineering sector. The firm continues to be the sole India jurisdiction advisor for a Fortune 500 global steel manufacturer and the sole legal advisor to the primary concessionaire for food and beverage and related retail at the Delhi and Mumbai International airports.
